Bluetooth Identity

  1. Download BT-AT which is an AT Terminal for mobile phones.
  2. Make sure that your Bluetooth phone is successfully paired with your Mac.
  3. Open BT-AT and click on the 'Setup' button.
    Choose the phone you want to connect to, then click Connect in the main window.
  4. Now you can type in the following AT commands (followed by Return) at the prompt:
    • AT+CGMI (shows the Manufacturer Identity string)
    • AT+GMM (shows the Model Identification name)
    • AT+CGMM (shows the Model Identification string)
    • AT+CGMR (shows the Phone Firmware version)
  5. Copy & paste this information into the form below, click Disconnect in the BT-AT window and quit BT-AT
